Our training curriculum covers the full agricultural cycle — soil preparation, planting, irrigation, pest and disease management, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and marketing. We also teach business skills specific to farming — record keeping, cost management, market analysis, and cooperative formation.
Graduates of our training programs receive a starter kit of tools and seeds, along with ongoing mentorship from our agricultural extension workers. We stay connected with our graduates, monitoring their progress and providing support when challenges arise. Our goal is not just to train farmers — it is to help them succeed.
